Early childhood should be a time of fun, warmth, security, exploring and discovery. Our purpose is to provide an atmosphere that encourages social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth and development of the whole child.
Plymouth House Nursery School strives to embody the philosophy of a "home away from home." We want your child to smile and laugh and find their confidence. Throughout the day, there will be sharing and conversation time; stories, songs and fingerplays; creative art activities; movement and gross motor time; science and nature activities; and exposure to shapes, colors, numbers and letters. We do celebrate birthdays and holidays and invite sharing of family traditions. It is our goal that within our caring environment, your child will enjoy becoming a responsible, contributing and respected member of his or her peer group.
